Since the introduction of the Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Act 1993 (DSAPA1993), direct selling has created a new spectrum of business opportunity for all Malaysians. As the industry forges into new heights, the effort by government to tighten the direct sales and anti-pyramid laws comes in timely. The networkers (direct sellers) must play a more important and active role to ensure this industry remains progressive and held in high regard through ethical and professional direct selling.

As a member of the McOcean, I must understand and conduct this direct sales business in accordance to the laws under the DSAPA 1993 and other government regulations. This is to prevent misunderstanding and in breach of laws that will result in been prosecuted and penalized in court.

Sejak pengenalan Akta Jualan Langsung dan Skim Anti-Piramid 1993 (AJLSAP1993), industri jualan langsung telah mencipta satu spektrum baru dan peluang perniagaan untuk semua rakyat Malaysia. Dengan pindaan akta baru ini, orang ramai berharap penguatkuasaan yang ketat ke atas skim cepat kaya (money game atau binary) dapat dipertingkatkan agar industri jualan langsung dapat berkembang dengan lebih pesat serta penuh keyakinan dan beretika. Usaha ini pasti akan memberi peluang kepada kesemua pengedar jualan langsung memperkembangkan rangkaian urusan jualan langsung mereka.

Sebagai seorang ahli syarikat McOcean, saya mestilah memahami lebih mendalam semua peraturan yang telah diperuntukkan di bawah AJLSAP1993 dan segala undang-undang yang dikuatkuasakan oleh kerajaan, supaya tidak ada salah faham semasa menjalankan perniagaan jualan langsung, dan didakwa dan dihukum di mahkamah.

By signing this GPS form, I have fully understood the meaning of legitimate network marketing, and become a business partner of MC-Ocean. I fully understand all the regulations under Direct Sales and Anti-Pyramid Act 1993 and Company Member Policy & Procedures. Failing which, it would be my own responsibility, and any complaint or action taken against the company shall be null and void.

通过签署这份精英成功导航系统培训(GPS)，我已充分认识与了解1993直销及反金字塔法令条规，并成为亿万航传销事业合作伙伴。我完全明白所有1993直销及反金字塔法令的条规及公司会员政策和规则。之后一切后果我将自己负责，任何对公司采取的行动或投诉将是无效的。

Note: In case of any ambiguity, the interpretation shall be based on the English version, and the interpretation made by the Company shall be final and binding.
